Cancellation Policy
(a) Cancellation policy for Packages & Hotels
- Cancellations before 20 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 25% .
- Cancellations before 15 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 50% .
- Cancellations before 10 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 75% .
- Cancellations before 05 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 100% .
- No refund in case of no show
- Kindly note that advance paid to the Vendor to hold inventory is non-refundable.
- All amendments, etc will need to confirm to each Hotel policy on such matters.
(b) Cancellation policy for Agra Same Day Tour,Jaipur same Day Tour,1 Night 2 Days Jaipur Agra tour,Haridwar Tour
- Cancellations before 20 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 25% .
- Cancellations before 15 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 50% .
- Cancellations before 10 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 60%
- Cancellations before 05 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 70%
- Cancellations before 02 days prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 85 % .
- Cancellations on same day or 24 hours prior to departure: cancellation charges will be applicable 100 % .
- No refund in case of No show.
- Kindly note that advance paid to the Vendor to hold inventory is non-refundable.
- All amendments, etc will need to confirm to each Hotel policy on such matters.
